About this role

  • πŸ•’ Required to preform same duties as those supervised when required.

  • πŸ“‹ Train new team members on menu items, guest service standards, policies, and operational procedures.

  • βœ… Monitor product quality, portioning, and order accuracy so every guest receives a great meal every time.

  • 🀝 Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed to protect the guest experience.

  • πŸ“¦ Track inventory usage and restocking needs, and communicate supply or equipment issues to management promptly.

  • πŸ’ͺTrain new employees that are hired to transfer skills.

Requirements

  • πŸŽ“ Completion of secondary school is preferred, with post-secondary hospitality or food service training considered an asset.

  • ⏳ 2-3 years of experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, or 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

  • πŸ‘” Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and maintain a fun, respectful work environment.

  • 🧠 Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced setting.

  • πŸ’» Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic reporting or inventory software.

  • 🚦 Good understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and cleanliness standards.

  • πŸ•’ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • πŸ’ͺ Ability to stand for long periods and keep pace during busy service periods.
