About this role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Locksmith or Locksmith Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with installing, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining locks, security systems, keys, and related hardware for residential, commercial, and automotive clients.
Responsibilities include responding to service calls, cutting and duplicating keys, rekeying locks, troubleshooting lock issues, and providing excellent customer service. Apprentices will work alongside experienced locksmiths to gain hands-on training and industry knowledge.
Requirements
⏳ 1 to 2 years of related working experience preferred
🎓 Completion of secondary school or equivalent is an asset
Valid driver’s license required
Preferably located in Edmonton
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the locksmith industry

Terms of employment
Permanent, full-time position with a 3-month probationary period.
