About this role
🏗️ Assist in various types of work on site. All types of construction.
🚧 Help prepare job sites by cleaning surfaces, setting up materials, and keeping work areas organized.
🔧 Support with basic construction tasks such as material handling, demolition cleanup, and installation prep.
🚚 Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials safely from trucks and trailers.
🧹 Clean up debris, sweep work areas, and maintain a tidy and safe site throughout the day.
⚠️ Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
🤝 Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements
💪 Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
⏳ Previous construction, masonry, or general labour experience is an asset, but training may be provided.
🚗 Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required.
🛠️ Comfortable using hand tools and basic construction equipment under supervision.
👀 Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions carefully.
🤝 Positive attitude, dependability, and ability to work well in a team environment.

Terms of employment
Full-time, permanent employment with a probationary period customary to the role. Work is performed primarily on construction sites and may involve early starts, overtime, and seasonal weather conditions.
