About this role
๐ค Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and general resort inquiries.
๐ Answer incoming calls, respond to messages, and direct guest requests to the appropriate department.
๐ Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and daily front desk documentation.
๐งญ Provide information about resort amenities, local activities, and seasonal services in Northwestern Ontario.
๐งน Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to support timely guest service.
๐จ Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed to ensure a positive experience.
๐๏ธ Assist with scheduling, room status updates, and daily operational tasks during the resort season.
๐ค Other duties that are required to help out as necessary.
Requirements
๐ Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is an asset.
โณ Previous experience in guest services, reception, hospitality, or customer service is required.
๐ฌ Strong English communication skills, with a polite and professional phone manner.
๐ป Comfortable using reservation systems, email, and basic computer applications.
๐ค Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with guests and team members.
๐ Strong attention to detail when handling bookings, payments, and guest information.
๐ Willingness to relocate to Northwestern Ontario annually from April to November.
๐ช Ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment and support extended service hours when required.
