  • πŸ“¦ Move, stack, and prepare completed trusses for storage, loading, or shipment as required.

  • πŸ› οΈ Perform basic equipment checks and report any mechanical issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly.

  • πŸ“‹ Follow all workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and company protocols at all times.
    πŸ’ͺ Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • βœ… Seasonal annual position from April to December.
    πŸš— Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are required due to the remote work location and no bus route.

  • πŸ‘€ Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow measurements, instructions, and production drawings.

  • πŸ’ͺ Ability to lift, carry, and handle lumber and truss components in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

  • πŸ› οΈ Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.

  • 🀝 Good teamwork, communication, and reliability in a fast-paced shop setting.

  • ⏳ Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or truss assembly is an asset.

  • πŸŽ“ Minimum high school education or equivalent preferred.

  • 🚦 Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to follow established procedures.
