Maintain or assist in the maintenance of bee keeping facilities
Preparing fields for bees
Placing bees in fields for pollination of crops
May monitor health of insects and provide care
May prepare insects for transportation
May operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Offseason - harvesting bees from hives
Preparing for shipment
Reviving shipment and allocating bees to new hives
Preparing equipment for shipping and receiving
Cleaning and repairing hives
Building new hives

Requirements
Punctual
Valid driver license and comfortable to drive in Canada is an asset
Physically fit
previous manufacturing experience is an asset
Good communication skills.
Class 1A licence is an asset
Able to lift 15 lbs.
A good team player and able to work independently.
Not afraid of bees
Able to work in all weather conditions

Full-time, seasonal employment with hours varying by weather and production demands; early mornings, weekends, and overtime may be required during peak periods.
