About this role
π§ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair aviation fuel dispensing and transfer systems, including pumps, meters, valves, hoses, and control components.
π¦ Perform preventative maintenance and functional inspections to keep fueling equipment operating safely and reliably.
π Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and corrective action documentation accurately and on time.
π οΈ Calibrate, test, and verify system performance using approved tools, procedures, and specifications.
π€ Coordinate with operations staff, contractors, and airport personnel to schedule and complete repair work with minimal disruption.
β οΈ Follow all site safety rules, aviation fuel handling procedures, and environmental protection requirements during maintenance activities.
π Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend repairs, parts replacement, or process improvements.
π¦ Track parts usage and support ordering of consumables, replacement components, and maintenance supplies as needed.
πͺ Other duties as required.
Requirements
π College diploma and 4 years of experience is required in the aviation industry.
β³ Experience in aviation mechanical repair, aviation maintenance, or related aviation service equipment is required.
π» Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment schematics.
π οΈ Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with pumps, motors, plumbing, or fluid-transfer systems.
π Valid driverβs licence and reliable transportation to work site.
πͺ Ability to work in outdoor conditions, lift materials, and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
π Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and good communication skills.
