About this role
🏠 Assist experienced roofers with residential roof installation, tear-off, and repair work on job sites.
🔧 Carry, stage, and clean tools, materials, and equipment to keep the crew working efficiently.
🚦 Follow site safety procedures, fall protection requirements, and company standards at all times.
📦 Load and unload roofing materials, shingles, underlayment, and related supplies as directed.
👀 Inspect work areas for hazards and report damage, leaks, or other issues to the crew lead.
🧹 Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris throughout the workday.
🤝 Support the roofing team with measuring, staging, and general labour tasks as needed.
📋 Learn company installation methods and quality expectations through hands-on training.
Requirements
📋 Seasonal from March to November Annually.
⏳ Minimum 1 year of experience working as a residential roofer.💪 Willingness to work outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions.
🚗 Driver’s licence is an asset, and access to a reliable vehicle is an asset.
🤝 Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company long term.
👀 Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, quality workmanship.
🗣️ Basic English communication skills are required to follow instructions and work safely on site.
🛠️ Ability to work as part of a crew and take direction and skill transfer from senior roofers and supervisors.

Full-time, permanent employment with daytime hours, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime based on workload and weather.
