Wood Assembler

Annaheim, Saskatchewan Full Time $18 – $24/hr 1 applicant

About this role

  • 🪵 Measure, cut, and assemble wood components for trusses and related framing products.

  • 🔧 Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.

  • 📐 Read work orders, drawings, and specifications to complete assemblies accurately.

  • ✅ Inspect finished pieces for quality, fit, alignment, and workmanship.

  • 📦 Move materials, stack completed products, and prepare items for shipment or transfer.

  • 🚦 Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

  • 🤝 Work closely with other production team members to meet daily output targets.

  • 📝 Report equipment issues, material shortages, or production concerns to supervisors.

Requirements

  • 🛠️ Experience using hand tools, nail guns, saws, or other shop equipment is an asset.

  • 👀 Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

  • 💪 Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive physical work.

  • 🤝 Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

  • 🚦 Commitment to safe work practices in a manufacturing or construction setting.

  • ⏳ Prior experience in wood manufacturing, framing, or assembly is an asset.

Permanent full-time employment, day shifts with occasional overtime as production requires.
