About this role
🍔 Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of food service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
📋 Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job coaching to team members.
✅ Maintain food quality, portion control, and service standards in line with A&W procedures.
🚦 Support compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements throughout the shift.
🧾 Handle cash, reconcile sales, and complete shift reports as required.
📦 Oversee inventory usage, ordering, and stock rotation to reduce waste and shortages.
🤝 Address customer concerns professionally and support a positive guest experience.
🕒 Other duties as required to help out the team to create a great guest experience.
Requirements
⏳ 1 year of restaurant supervision, or several years of restaurant experience is required.
🎓 Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent is an asset.
🤝 Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills are essential.
👀 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
💪 Must be available for mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
📍 Ability to work on-site in Kenora, Ontario, and reliably support restaurant operations.
🧼 Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards is an asset.
