About this role

Clean and sanitize work areas

Keep an organized work area

Prepare food items as per the recipe book or as directed by the kitchen manager

Be on time for all shifts

Maintain the highest quality of food as per the Diplomat brand

Communicate with co-workers

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for the kitchen and basement

Ensure all food us stored as per health regulations

Ensure food plating and temperatures are correct

Prepare items as per the prep list or as directed by the kitchen manager

Complete cleaning lists

Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must have positive attitude and strong work ethic
