Prepare and irrigate soil
Plant, fertilize, thin and harvest crops
Load, unload and transfer products for transport
Prepare for seeding and harvesting
Clean up harvest bins and general clean up of areas
Assist with general farm maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tools

Punctual
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in team setting
Able to lift 100lbs repeatedly
Equipment operating experience is an asset
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Able to work long hours as required during peak seasons
Not allergic to dust and grains
