About this role
Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
Dust furniture
Vacuum and steam clean carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture as required
Make beds and change sheets
Distribute clean towels and toiletries
Remove mouse traps as needed
Stock linen closet as well as complete laundry
Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
Handle and report lost and found items
Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
Provide basic information on facilities
Pick up debris and empty trash containers and keep closed to avoid animals
Wash windows, walls and ceilings
Clean changing rooms and showers
Clean the fish gutting station as required
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Other duties as required
Requirements
Punctual
Attention to detail
Able to stand for long periods at a time
Willing to work weekends and holidays when required
Able to lift 50 pounds
Can work as part of a team and independently
Willing to live in a remote location
Able to work overtime if needed
Experience with cleaning chemicals is an asset
No afraid to clean fish guts and blood
