About this role
• Prepare and execute full meal orders
• Follow dietitian guidelines and allergy-related requirements when cooking
• Teach and mentor kitchen helpers to build their abilities
• Manage opening and closing kitchen duties when scheduled
• Track inventory and equipment using a FIFO system to ensure proper rotation
• Keep kitchen and workstations sanitized in accordance with food-safety standards
• Provide support in other kitchen tasks as needed
• May be assigned to train additional kitchen staff
• Perform related duties as required
