About this role
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Consult with area manager in regards to marketing and promotions
Implement operational procedures and ensure they are followed
Step in where required if short staffed
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance as well as perform reviews
Financial management for the location as well as ensuring minimal waste and maximize profitability
Control inventory, monitor revenues and complete price changes
Ensure brand compliance and standards are met
Follow health and safety regulations and ensure it is followed by all in the restaurant
Transfer skills and upskill employees for promotions from within
Other duties that apply
Requirements
Several years of experience in quick serve restaurants are required to train to be a manager
Supervisor or manager experience is an asset
Punctual
