Fountain Tire Lac La Biche, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as an Commercial Tire Technician
You will be responsible for:
· Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels
· Commercial tire repair and replacement
· Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
· Maintaining tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
· Completing specialty tire work which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
· Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
· The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe

1 year commercial tire install and repair experience is required
Punctual
Able to work independent and part of a team
Able to lift 50 lbs
Willing to live in a rural community
Drivers licence
Ability to use diagnostic computerized equipment
Computer literate
Willing to work afterhours and overtime when required
Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required for emergency tire service
Ability to provide a positive customer experience with customers when revealing diagnosis of vehicle if required
A working knowledge of passenger, light truck tires, commercial specialty tire services and wheels is an asset
A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
A keen attention to detail
